At your hotel in Riyadh, you’ll be met by your tour leader/drive who will transport you to the National Museum of Saudi Arabia to mark the beginning of your tour. This museum is a significant attraction of the King Abdulaziz Historical Centre, allowing an engaging insight into the history of Saudi and its royal family. Afterwards you can enjoy a stroll through the museum’s outdoor gardens, then proceed to the Hall of King Abdulaziz.
Your next visit will be to the Murabba Palace, an important palace constructed by King Abdulaziz with traditional Najid architecture. You’ll then continue on to the traditional Dira Souq, renowned for selling items such as copper, jewellery, antiques, and clothing. Afterwards there’s a visit to Al Masmak – an ancient citadel, plus the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Mosque – one of Saudi’s largest mosques, before you’re transported back to your hotel.
